Port Coquitlam also known as "PoCo" is located 27 km east of Vancouver and is one of the Lower Mainland’s most sought after cities due to its central location and affordability as the City's housing and land are among the most affordable in the region. Port Coquitlam is bordered by Coquitlam to the North and West, the Fraser River to the South and the city of Pitt Meadows, which is across the Pitt River, to the East.
